BERLIN, October 27 – RIA Novosti. The deputy of the Rhineland-Palatinate state Andreas Hartenfels left the ranks of the “Greens” due to the party’s course to increase and extend the supply of German weapons to Ukraine, informed DPA.

“It’s not easy for me to leave my own pack,” he told Hartenfels.

He justified his decision by the fact that the party said goodbye to its pacifist orientation at the last federal congress. He stressed that he was no longer on the road with his former comrades from the faction, even if the consent of the “green” to deliver heavy weapons to Ukraine was not a topic of regional policy.
