BERLIN, December 29 – RIA Novosti. A doctor from the Russian Federation has been fined in Germany for publishing and republishing historical photos and cartoons with Nazi symbolism, in which, among other things, a parallel was made between the nationalists of Ukraine and the Nazis of the Third Reich, according to the court verdict available to RIA Novosti.
“The defendant is guilty of four times using unconstitutional signs belonging to terrorist organizations,” reads the December 15 document.
