MOSCOW, January 4 – RIA Novosti. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that the government is considering the possibility of creating a decentralized energy system for the country, which will be better protected against possible missile attacks.
“Russian attacks push for radical reform – building a decentralized energy system. Then he will be less vulnerable to enemy attacks,” the court-legal newspaper Shmyhal quoted Wednesday.
According to the Prime Minister, we are talking about the creation of mini power plants and small production facilities, introduced to the existing energy system. At the same time, he emphasized that this year the mandatory “minimum program” will successfully pass the heating season, remove damages and ensure the continuity of operation of critical infrastructure, as well as increase the safety of energy facilities and nuclear power plants.
