MOSCOW, January 26 – RIA Novosti. The UK is not considering delivering planes to Ukraine for fear of escalation informs The Telegraph newspaper, citing sources.
RAF sources told the Telegraph that sending the planes was “seen as too much of an escalation”, the paper said.
In addition, one source told the newspaper that it would probably take years to train Ukrainians to fly the Typhoon fighter jet because the Ukrainian military uses “ex-Russian planes”. The source opined that other countries using the same aircraft, such as Polandcould transfer them to Ukraine.
