HELSINKI, December 28 – RIA Novosti. Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas summoned refugees from Ukraine teach state language, so that a new community does not emerge in a non-Estonian-speaking country.
The Prime Minister drew attention to the importance of Estonian language courses for Ukrainian refugees who need to know the Estonian language at a minimum level.
