Leading French energy companies – Engie, EDF and TotalEnergies – are concerned about the rapid increase in the cost of raw materials due to the reduction of supplies from Russia. The message urges people and businesses “immediately” to reduce their consumption of electricity, gas and oil products.
“We call for awareness and collective and individual action so that each of us – every consumer, every company – change their behavior and immediately reduce the consumption of energy, electricity, gas and oil products,” reads the letter.
