MOSCOW, December 28 – RIA Novosti. Kyiv has actually lost its digital sovereignty, Ukraine’s “cyber troops” are actually a NATO tool, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Syromolotov told RIA Novosti.
“The threats to Russia’s security arising from Ukraine’s information space cannot be overestimated. In the context of Kyiv’s actual loss of digital sovereignty, Ukraine’s “cyber troops” are de facto a NATO tool. In the face of the so-called Ukrainian IT army, we are not dealing with native hackers, but with the entire cyber power of the North Atlantic Alliance, which tirelessly tries to test Russia for the strength “under the flag” of pro-Ukrainian hacking groups,” he said.
According to Syromolotov, “their hands are attacking Russian state authorities, enterprises, financial and educational institutions, transport and logistics infrastructure facilities.”
