MOSCOW, December 31 – RIA Novosti. The validity of the decree defining a simplified procedure for the recognition of foreign diplomas for citizens of Ukraine, as well as for holders of education documents from countries hostile to Russia, ends on December 31.
The corresponding decree of the Government of the Russian Federation was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on April 6, 2022.
“This resolution comes into force on the day of its official publication and is valid until December 31, 2022,” the document reads.
