WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 – RIA Novosti. Kyiv makes its own decisions about how to use Western weapons, State Department spokesman Ned Price said when asked whether the US would support Ukrainian strikes with Western systems transferred to Crimea.
“Ultimately, our Ukrainian partners decide how and where best to use these weapons and supplies to defend their territory,” Price told reporters.
