WASHINGTON, May 12 – RIA Novosti. The US House of Representatives on Wednesday evening approved a law designed to ease the burden on Ukraine in connection with the ongoing special military operation of the Russian Federation in that country, according to the vote.
This legislative initiative, if adopted, obliges the representatives USA in various international organizations for an immediate suspension of payments for servicing Ukraine’s debt and granting financial assistance Kyiv on preferential terms.
The bill also provides US Treasury Department immediately start demanding Ukraine’s debt relief from foreign governments and commercial organizations on a bilateral and multilateral basis.
