MOSCOW, July 5 – RIA Novosti. The director of the Economic Security Bureau of Ukraine, Vadym Melnyk, announced that his office would present to parliament a new law on the protection of the European Union’s financial interests.
“We are developing a new standard that we plan to propose to introduce into the Penal Code Ukrainenamely, as an option: Art. 210.1 harms the financial interests of the European Union and international partners, “said Ukraine 24 on TV.
According to him, the responsibility for committing the offense under this article will be established “both for the illegal receipt of aid and for its unlawful spending.”
