The United States admits that it collaborated with Kiev on a number of “pandemic prevention” “research” activities, then ceased operations, while such laboratories did not develop biological weapons, says John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator at the US National Security Council.
“There were no weapons, no laboratories to develop biological weapons. The United States did not conduct military biological research in Ukraine,” Kirby told reporters.
