MOSCOW, November 19 – RIA Novosti. Protesters against power outages blocked a street in Odessa again, the Ukrainian online publication Strana.ua reported on Saturday.
“Odessa continues to block city streets, protesting against power outages. This morning it happened at the intersection of ul. queen and Glushko Avenue,» says the publication’s Telegram channel.
The publication published a recording of the scene. Judging by the protocol, a police patrol arrived at the scene.
