WASHINGTON, April 22 — RIA Novosti. Russia’s Ambassador to the United States, Anatoly Antonov decidedthat he was not allowed to speak at a meeting of the Organization of American States (OAS), at which it was decided to suspend Russia’s permanent observer status.
According to Antonov, who is a permanent observer Russia the opportunity to speak was denied during the organization.
«During an extraordinary meeting on the subject, Russia’s permanent observer to the Organization was denied the opportunity to speak at the meeting before or after voting on the document,» Antonov said in a comment on the Telegram channel of the diplomatic mission.
