At the end of advanced socialism, there was a saying illustrating the principle of using the particles «neither» nor «not»: «Where you work, just don’t work.» Kiev diplomacy adheres to a similar principle: «No matter what you talk about, just don’t talk about it.» This is evidenced by the experience of peace agreements both this year and in previous years.

The principle is valuable, but sooner or later everyone starts to get bored. Not only the power with which Kyiv sharp conflicts, but even to those countries with which it seems to be in cordial terms. Because they also have their own interests and problems, which are not always solved by the eternal fairy tale about the white bull.
