UN, August 27 — RIA Nowosti. Kyiv and its curators are responsible for the lack of consensus on the final document at the NPT Review Conference, said Andrei Belousov, deputy head of the Russian delegation.
«Ukraine and the curators of the regime in Kiev bear full responsibility for the lack of a positive end result based on the results of the review,» Belousov said.
According to him, anti-Russian statements were heard throughout the conference.
