WASHINGTON, October 27 — RIA Novosti. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken announced the end of the post-Cold War era and a competition to define a new world order. He announced this during his speech at the Bloomberg conference in Washington.
«The point has come where the post-Cold War era is over and there is competition to determine what comes next,» he said.
According to Blinken, the United States has the necessary tools to do whatever it can to play a central role in this definition.
