BRUSSELS, October 30 — RIA Novosti. EU diplomat Josep Borrell discussed with UN Secretary General António Guterres «grain» and the coordination of activities aimed at ensuring the export of grain and fertilizers from Ukraine.
«Call with UN Secretary General António Guterres to discuss an agreement with the Black Sea and coordinate efforts to ensure grain and fertilizer exports from Ukraine,» Borrell wrote on his Twitter account.
