BRUSSELS, November 3 — RIA Novosti. The EU’s head of diplomacy, Josep Borrell, announced that the EU has already allocated EUR 22 billion to financial, economic, military and humanitarian support for Ukraine, excluding bilateral military aid from EU member states.
“The EU has already allocated 22 billion to support Ukraine. This figure does not include the military support that EU Member States have provided on a bilateral basis, ”said Borrell, whose speech was broadcast on the EU Council’s website.
Borrell attends a meeting of G7 foreign ministers in Munster, Germany, where the consequences of the Russian special operation in Ukraine are discussed.
