Borrell says China has promised not to help Russia militarily

MADRID, April 5 — RIA Novosti. EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell says China has promised the EU not to provide Russia with military support and to help circumvent sanctions.

“China has assured that it does not intend to deliver Russia military aid and help to circumvent sanctions, «said Borrell on a Spanish radio station COREemphasizing that Beijing can help Russia without knowing about the EU.
