BARNAUL, September 28 — RIA Novosti. About 40 inhabitants of the Altai Territory, mobilized by mistake, decided not to return home and continue to serve, informed on Wednesday the region’s military commissar Marat Usmanov.
«The Ministry of Defense established that we first call those in reserve who served in the army, who have the required military specialty at the following age: ensign, sergeants, soldiers — up to 35 years old, junior officers — up to 50 years old, seniors — up to 55 years old . About 100 citizens older than the indicated age were killed in the first transports, Usmanov said in a video message posted on the Telegram channel of the regional government.
