MOSCOW, June 28 — RIA Novosti. After a slight decline, European companies accelerated the pace of injection into underground gas storage facilities (UGS), and resumed supplies via the Turkish Stream gas pipeline, according to data from Gas Infrastructure Europe (GIE) and a Gazprom announcement.
The total gas volume in European UGS exceeded 60 billion cubic meters. Their average occupancy rate for the gas day on June 26 (ending June 27 at 7.00 am Moscow time) is 57.12% (estimates and may be revised). During the day, the indicator increased by 0.44 percentage points, while last week this increase fell to the minimum level of 0.26 percentage points in June.
