WASHINGTON, October 1 — RIA Novosti. The United States is not interested in a quick resolution of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine and will continue to take steps to escalate it against the interests of the entire collective West, experts interviewed by RIA Novosti say.
According to the historian and analyst of international politics, Prof. Jereni Kuzmarova, the US government will continue to weaken its key rivals — Russia and China.
«The United States cannot tolerate anyone competing with its power and will do whatever it takes to weaken Russia and China and their attempts to develop allied relations,» Kuzmarov said.
