MOSCOW, January 26 — RIA Novosti. Deliveries of tanks and other Western military equipment to Ukraine will not change the status of a special operation, including military, decided Colonel-General, head of the Duma Defense Committee Andrei Kartapolov. He is quoted by RBC.
