SIMFEROPOL, September 24 — RIA Novosti. Kherson Oblast will never return to Ukraine, its future is inextricably linked only to Russia, said Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of regional administration, to RIA Novosti.
“No return of the Kherson region to Ukraine is possible anymore. The future of our region is inextricably linked only to Russia. I am sure that we will soon become a full-fledged entity of one large country, the state, ”said Stremousov.
