BELGRADE, May 15 — RIA Novosti. The armed conflicts in Yugoslavia have been required by Western countries to prepare for what is happening in Ukraine, said the former president of Republika Srpska in Bosnia (PC BiH) and Herzegovina, Radovan Karadzic.
Karadzic, recognized by the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia in the Hague and then by the Court of Appeal for War Crimes in 1992-1995 in BiH, serving a life sentence.
