MOSCOW, April 4 — RIA Novosti. A summit between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelenskiy may take place when negotiations between Moscow and Kiev are concluded, said Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
“When can the presidents’ summit be held Russia AND Ukraine — President Putin also said many times — as soon as there is a result, such a summit may be convened to consolidate this result — Lavrov said during a press conference.
