MOSCOW, June 23 — RIA Novosti. Outgoing head of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) Karan Bilimoria decidedthat Britain is «definitely» on the way to recession.
He believes that since the country is «decisively» headed towards recession, the government should cut taxes. «It may be too late to avoid it (recession), but if we act quickly, we can largely minimize its impact,» added the head of the CBI.
