MOSCOW, October 29 — RIA Novosti. A group of US republican congressmen opposed the introduction in the defense budget of a provision that would allow the United States to transfer to Ukraine revenues from the confiscated property of Russians, informs The Washington Post, citing informed sources.
Republicans say the regulation has not been fully reviewed by the relevant committees. GOP officials say Republican senators believe the item should be reviewed by Senate and House of Representatives judicial committees.
