WARSAW, November 25 – RIA Novosti. Polish Defense Minister Mariusz Błaszczak convinces German Defense Minister Christine Lambrecht to deploy German Patriot air defense systems in Ukraine, informs portal wPolityce, referring to the letter of the Polish minister to his German counterpart.
As reported in Polityka, Błaszczak argued in the letter that «the deployment of the German Patriot system in Ukraine will bring measurable positive effects not only to our Ukrainian partner.» According to the Polish minister, «this may prevent a potential wave of migration related to the negative effects of attacks on critical infrastructure (Ukraine — ed.), especially in winter.»
