The mechanism for providing Kiev with EUR 18 billion of financial aid, which the European Commission intends to present on Wednesday, will include more natural ways of allocating funds and preparing conditions for aid for the reconstruction of Ukraine, transmits Bloomberg, citing sources.
«The plan will provide a solid basis to cover Ukraine’s finances in 2023, while remaining flexible in adapting aid to changing financial needs … The plan will also help pave the way for reconstruction efforts,» the agency said in a statement.
