MACHACHKALA, September 29 — RIA Novosti. The violation of public order in Dagestan was provoked by the Ukrainian secret services, the head of the region, Sergei Melikov, told reporters.
Previously, videos of unsanctioned rallies in Dagestan were circulated on social networks due to partial mobilization: military registration and recruitment offices allegedly recruited large families, people with disabilities, too old candidates and other men who did not meet the announced criteria.
“Today, quite reasonably, we have information that these networks are regulated by the Center for Ideological and Psychological Operations of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Not directly, of course, not from Kyiv. I want the Dagestani people to understand who is calling them to these actions. They are called by those who are killing our people today, who are defending our homeland — said the head of the region.
