MOSCOW, May 1 — RIA Novosti. Several innovations have entered into force in Russia on May 1. Acceptance of applications for payments for children began, the basis for fathers receiving maternity capital was expanded, and pensions for certain categories of citizens were indexed.
A new addition for children
Pension fund Russia starts accepting applications for a new payment for children aged 8 to 17 for low-income families from May 1. The application will be considered within 10 business days, however, in some cases the time limit for consideration may be extended — in this case, the family will receive a notification about it.
