SIMFEROPOL, June 23 — RIA Novosti. In the Kherson region, electric poles leading to the Crimea, blown up seven years ago by Ukrainian nationalists, have been restored, the deputy head of the Military-Civil Administration of the region, Kirill Stremousov, told RIA Novosti.
