MOSCOW, June 18 — RIA Novosti. The director general of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, did not rule out that after the end of the Russian special military operation in Ukraine, the Lybid satellite created for this country could be launched into space.
“The spacecraft is contained, all of its systems are supported. And we’ll be ready for that take-off when the time is right. And who will then represent Ukraine or what will be liberated from the Kiev junta, that is the second question, ”said Rogozin on the TV channel Russia-24.
«Therefore, we will wait until the real owner shows up, perhaps it will be the liberated territories of Ukraine, and then we will decide when we will launch this spacecraft,» he added.
