The creation of a security zone around the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is possible only on one condition — it is necessary to oblige Ukraine to stop shelling the power plant and the territories adjacent to it, thinks Renat Karchaa, Advisor to the General Director of Rosenergoatom.
He stated that Ukraine still stands by the position of «nuclear blackmail» in relation to the nuclear power plant.
