MOSCOW, December 2 – RIA Novosti. The Spanish Ministry of the Interior said that a group of 11 members of the Spanish National Police and Civil Guard arrived in Ukraine to participate in the investigation into possible war crimes.
As noted, on November 2, four people from the advance group arrived in Ukraine and met in Kiev with representatives of the Ukrainian prosecutor’s office to establish a framework for cooperation and define areas of work.
