MOSCOW, September 5 — RIA Novosti. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said that Kyiv expects to start negotiations on the country’s membership in the European Union at the turn of 2022 and 2023.
According to him, Ukraine has now fulfilled almost 65% of the terms of the association agreement with the EU. At the same time, the conditions for granting a country the status of a candidate for an EU member are met.
