MOSCOW, August 26 — RIA Novosti. Rusophobia remains the only possible policy in Ukraine, Council deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko said in Telegram.
The MP visited Latvia, where he spoke at a meeting of the Riga City Council.
«Ukraine and Latvia are accused of Russophobia — but this is the only possible policy for us,» Goncharenko said.
