MOSCOW, September 6 — RIA Novosti. Jarosław Żeleznyak, member of the Supreme Council of Ukraine thinksthat such a large number of appeals of the Ukrainian parliament to international partners sometimes looks like spam.
«I have calculated that the Council voted» to appeal to international partners «27 times during its term of office: 19 this year, 11 in the last three months, wrote Zheleznyak on his Telegram channel. According to him, sometimes the Ukrainian parliament adopts two resolutions at once on the same issue «simply because the authors did not agree with each other.»
