The expert rejected the Times version of Russia’s plans to conduct nuclear tests

MOSCOW, October 5 — RIA Novosti. Sergei Mukhametov, senior lecturer at the Department of Oceanology at the Geography Department of Moscow State University, in an interview with RIA Novosti rejected the Times newspaper’s version of Russia’s alleged plans to conduct nuclear tests in the Black Sea.

Earlier, the Times wrote that FOR THIS warned the alliance countries against allegedly possible nuclear tests by Russia on the border with Ukraine — in the Black Sea. The publication says that in this way the Russian Federation can demonstrate its readiness to use weapons of mass destruction.
