MOSCOW, August 10 — RIA Novosti. Sanctions against Russia are not working and are hurting countries like Slovakia, said Robert Fico, the country’s former prime minister, leader of the Slovak parliamentary opposition and the Kurs Social Democracy on Facebook.
In his view, the West has «gone mad» in its fixation on adopting restrictive measures against Moscow.
