MOSCOW, June 13 — RIA Novosti. Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov alleged Europe in problems with arms supply and tired of the conflict.

«Europe either does not fully understand what is happening or it does, but it is tired and resigned,» he told The Economist.
