MOSCOW, January 28 — RIA Novosti. The US Ambassador to Ukraine, Bridget Brink, announced the arrival in Ukraine of inspectors from US agencies that audit US aid to Ukraine.

“Thank you to representatives from the Offices of Inspectors General of the State Department, Department of Defense and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for their busy schedule of meetings to improve their independent oversight of US aid to Ukraine,” Brink wrote on her Twitter account.

In December last year, Politico, citing a State Department document, reported that the US authorities are trying various means, including blockchain technologies, to check where aid sent to Ukraine goes. It is noted that Washington also plans to appoint an as-yet-unnamed company by February to oversee an audit of the aid dispatched.
