MOSCOW, May 3 — RIA Novosti. A criminal case was launched against the Ukrainian nationalist, Vladimir Shilov, who called for the killing of the Russian army, reported in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
Earlier it was reported that the head of the Investigative Committee Russia Alexander Bastrykin was instructed to make a legal appraisal of the words of the man who publicly called for «killing on the spot» of Russian soldiers.
