MOSCOW, August 26 — RIA Novosti. Director of the Municipal Security Department of the Kiev City Administration Roman Tkachuk decidedthat the authorities of the Ukrainian capital are considering the possibility of a possible forced evacuation of the city’s inhabitants.
«We are considering options up to a forced evacuation, the system must be ready for that,» Tkachuk told Glavkom when asked whether the possibility of evacuating people living in the government district of Kiev was considered.
According to the official, the threat of a strike on the government district has existed since the end of February. He also noted that «the decision on forced evacuation has not yet been made».
