ŁUGAŃSK, October 28 — RIA Novosti. Since the beginning of the year, the prosecutor’s office of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) has initiated over 1,400 criminal cases against the Ukrainian security forces, Olena Husak, prosecutor of the agency’s media relations department, told journalists.
