MOSCOW, November 17 — RIA Novosti. Inna Bogatykh, head of the Department of Sanctions Policy of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, said that another lawsuit has been filed with the Ukrainian court to confiscate the property of former president Viktor Yanukovych.
“The Ministry of Justice today filed another lawsuit regarding the application of sanctions to recover the property of a sanctioned person against the income of the state of Ukraine. The lawsuit was filed against WF Yanukovych, the former president of Ukraine, whose actions and decisions led to the war in Ukraine and started the aggression of the Russian Federation,” Rich wrote on the social networking site.
