PARIS, November 2 — RIA Novosti. The Netherlands welcomes Russia’s return to grain offers and cooperation with the UN, Ukraine and Turkey, said Minister of Foreign Affairs Wopke Hoekstra.
«The Netherlands welcomes the announcement that Russia will return to the grain deal and resume cooperation with the UN, Ukraine and Turkey,» Hoekstra wrote on Twitter.
He stressed that it is extremely important for food security and prices that Ukrainian grain remains available on the world market.
