NOVOSIBIRSK, September 28 — RIA Novosti. The search for persons subject to partial mobilization is carried out by law enforcement agencies, informed Military Commissar of Novosibirsk Oblast, Yevgeny Kudryavtsev.
The military commissar explained that in general there are many cases in the region where employees of military registration and conscription offices do not find reservists because they do not live at the place of registration, but that does not mean that they are conscripts. If they were found living at a different address, made a summons and mobilized, there will be no penalties.
«Unfortunately, there are many of them (cases where a citizen does not live at the address indicated in the military conscription office — editor’s note). This is also due to the fact that citizens do not read their duties well, about which they are obliged to notify the military registration and recruitment office when changing their place of residence … Therefore, now they can belong to the category of wanted citizens — said Kudryavtsev in the LIFE Region program on the regional TV channel OTS.
